proud mama

I just adore this girl!  I received an unexpected email from her first grade teacher, Mrs. Farwell, this week, and I couldn't have been more proud.  The subject line of the email simply said "thankful", and this is what it said...

I just have to tell you that your sweet girl brings me such joy every day.  I am beyond grateful to have her in our class. -Anne Farwell

I love that she took the time to send me this kind email!  And I love that Brooke is so valued by her teacher.  She really has the kindest heart and I feel so grateful that she brings joy to those around her at school :)

I also love that she's silly, as evidenced by our selfies before church...

I too, am thankful for my girl!
