Things to note this month: More intentional in everything he does! He kept grabbing at Brooke one morning as we were reading books, and Brooke and I were both laughing hysterically because he would do it over and over again. At the beginning of the month, he rolled from front to back, and by the end of the month, he was rolling back to front as well. He finally took a long nap, which was a big milestone in this house. He slept an hour and a half, which was a record for him. His hair is getting really blond, and I am so curious if he is going to stay blonde.
Colby is SUPER interested in everything we are eating. If he is sitting on my lap, you better believe that he is grabbing at my spoon or at my food! He had his first taste of Stage 1 baby food at the end of the month. We pretty much skipped rice cereal and moved on to the good stuff.
He found his toes, and loves to suck on them just like Brooke did. Babies are so flexible! He is wearing 9 month clothes, outgrew the bassinet, has almost outgrown the bumbo, and is basically growing up too quickly!
And, I think he is teething due to his consistent drool, rosy cheeks, and desire to gnaw on his chubby hands.
We love this darling boy :)
