Fall 2012

I obviously have been horrible at updating this blog, but a lot has happened since my last post!  We moved back to Texas in September, went back and forth to Florida several times during the process of selling our home, packing, and moving, found out that we are PREGNANT with our first baby, and purchased a new home.  Let's just say that it was a busy Fall.  The upside is that we were lucky enough to live with Kevin's parents during the 4 month transition, which definitely helped since the sale of our home was loaded with drama.  (Which is a long story!) We are happy to be back in Texas close to family, we are thrilled to be expecting our first baby, and we have had a lot of fun getting settled into our new home.  Here are a few pictures to document Fall 2012...

 We celebrated my 28th birthday in Marble Falls, TX.  

 Had our second positive pregnancy blood test.

 Went to the Dallas Temple, which made us really sad that we are going to miss the opening of the South Florida Temple that is being built 5 miles from where we used to live!!

 Reunited with old friends and their adorable children :)

 Visited the beach for the last time during our week long "pack-up" trip to Florida.  It was a bit windy that night, hence the reason my eyes are closed and Kevin's hair looks awesome.  

 Said goodbye to our old home in Pembroke Pines, FL.  It was a sad day, even though we are excited for our new adventures.

 Spent Christmas in California with my family.  This picture cracks me up every time I look at it.  Kimberly was opposed to the "kid" picture sitting in the hall Christmas morning (which we eventually took), but this one was by far my favorite :)

 We busted out the old photo albums while we were there, which is always good for some laughs.

 We had to leave Christmas afternoon to get back to Texas so Kevin could go to work the day after, which also happened to be his birthday :(  But we celebrated that weekend with Kevin's family and a giant apple pie.

Overall, I would say we were incredibly blessed in 2012 and we look forward to all that 2013 has in store for us!!
