We received the title of "aunt" and "uncle" for the first time when Melanie and Jeffrey had their baby girl (Kinley) back in January. Although we weren't there to hold her when she was first born, we enjoyed our time with her in April when we flew to Texas for the blessing. I was super sick when we flew out, so I wasn't able to hold her for the first few days, but I enjoyed her from a distance :)
A bunch of family ended up coming into town for the blessing, which happened to also be Easter weekend. Kevin and I decided to make a week of it, so we were able to have good quality time with family, see some old friends, enjoy time at the lake, etc. Here is the week via pictures...
